Even with the best systems in place, difficult situations arise. This workshop gives you practical strategies for understanding why challenging behaviour occurs and how to respond to it, from low-level friction to serious conflict.

Impact is not just a word for annual reports. This full-day workshop gives you the tools to define, measure and communicate the difference your volunteers make, using an established theory of change model as your framework.

  • Defining impact and understanding what it means in practice for your organisation

  • Identifying and assessing outcomes

  • Exploring the methods and tools available for impact measurement, including financial impact

  • Developing a framework you can implement straightaway
