Welcome to the Women and Girls' Health Hub, a groundbreaking initiative designed to improve healthcare access and equity for women and girls. We aim to empower communities and transform health experiences.

Our Mission

Is to enhance access to healthcare for women and girls. We focus on improving experiences, bolstering empowerment, and achieving equitable health outcomes. We firmly believe that every woman and girl deserves to live healthier, happier lives, with timely access to information, support and expert care.

We do this by:

• Improving access to personalised healthcare services.
• Enhancing healthcare experiences and reducing disparities.
• Achieving better health outcomes for women and girls in our communities.

Pioneering the Women and Girls' Health Hub

Launched in March 2025 and funded by the Integrated Care Board (ICB), the Women and Girls' Health Hub is piloting its initiative  across three London boroughs, including Greenwich. This innovative project provides physical hubs in community locations, such as Market Street in Woolwich, alongside virtual hubs. Together, these hubs represent a dedicated place where women can seek information and advice on key health issues.

Key Focus Areas

• Heavy menstrual bleeding
• Preconception care
• Contraception
• Perimenopause and menopause

Women and girls can self-refer to access expert advice and care. 

 “It makes me very sad that some of the women I see in clinic have had unnecessary suffering because they haven’t been able to access the right advice or support. Community Outreach

Throughout 2026, Women and Girls' Health Ambassadors have been spreading the word through community outreach events sharing critical health information with women and girls, ensuring that support reaches those who need it most.
