During 2025/26 we supported 17 NEET young people in Greenwich through our Young People's Project. With the support of a mentor 5 found paid work, 6 moved into education and 5 are volunteering.

The Greenwich Young People's Project aims to support young people not in education, employment or training to help them find a pathway to paid employment in tourism or hospitality. Working with our partners at Visit Greenwich and Young Greenwich to make a lasting change to young people's lives.

Every young person will be:

Matched with a mentor for six months who has knowledge of the sector;

Supported to find a volunteering opportunity;

Provided with free training;

Provided with work experience within the hospitality, tourism or media sector;

Given in-work support for up to three months.
